Preheat oven to 350F. Place pretzels, if using, in plastic sandwich bag; close or seal bag. Coarsely crush pretzels with a rolling pin. Set aside.2. In food processor, blend cream cheese, sour cream and sugar until very smooth. Add eggs; process until completely combined. Add tequila, liqueur, juice and peel; process until well blended. Pour into crust. Sprinkle crushed pretzels around perimeter of cheesecake. Bake 40 minutes or until center is just set. Let cool about 30 minutes. Refridgerate until thoroughly chilled. (Cheesecake will firm up as it cools.)
