Soak the chia seeds in 1 cup of coconut milk and stir well, set aside. Blend pineapple and banana with a half a cup of coconut milk in your blender. Stir chia seeds again to make sure they are not clumping together and add to blender and mix with a spoon- the chia seeds will make the drink bitter if you blend them, so just stir with a spoon till everything is incorporated.
