Here is how you make chili:

Brown ground beef in pan, add onion and bell pepper to saute. In a large separate pan empty kidney beans with juice as well as all 3 cans of tomatoes with their juices. Add 1 pkt of chili seasoning mix to tomatoes and kidney beans- stir to mix. When ground beef is done add other pkt of chili seasoning mix to ground beef and combine this mixture to the large pot of tomatoes and kidney beans. Simmer on low for 4 hours.
