I have make these into cupcakes...even though the recipe started out as a bundt cake .... that way I only pull one out of the freezer to eat it. *preheat oven to 350*use cupcake holders and fill 1/2 way*beat cake mix with egg substitute, prunes, water, coffee granules and oil in large bowl for about 2 min. pour into prepared cupcake pan. *bake 17-20 min***glaze, combine white chocolate and milk...microwave slowly and stir....pour just a little (spread evenly) over cupcakes....sometimes it's just a little on top to taste....glaze is optional.
