2 tbsp butter
1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
3 tbsp milk

Here is how you make Chocolate Chip Pound Cake with Icing:

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time, beat well after each. Beat in vanilla. Combine flour, baking powder, & baking soda in a separate bowl, add to creamed mixture alternately with sour cream. Fold in chocolate chips. Pour into greased and floured 10in fluted tube pan. Bake at 350 for 60-65 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. COOL FOR 10 MINUTES IN PAN, THEN REMOVE TO COOLING RACK. (If you wait longer than 10 minutes, the cake will stick to the pan.) Glaze - melt chocolate chips and butter in saucepan. Remove from heat, wisk in powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth. Quickly drizzle over completely cooled cake.
