Spray 4 quart or larger crockpot with Pam. In a large bowl, mix dry ingredients together, except for chips. Mix the liquid ingredients together and then add them to the dry ingredients. Stir in the chips. Spread batter into crockpot. Cover and cook on low 1-2 hours (depending on how hot your crockpot cooks). Cake is done when a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
