Preheat oven to 375. Grease an 8 inch baking pan and set aside.In a small saucepan over low heat melt butter and chocolate. Remove from heat, transfer to mixing bowl and mix in sugar. Beat in eggs one at a time, mixing until smooth between each addition. Stir in vanilla, cocoa and coffee (can use rum!) until well mixed.Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 25-30 mins or until toothpick comes out clean with a few crumbs.
