Here is how you make Cinnamon Burst Marshmallow Treats:

Put butter, marshmallows and peanut butter in microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir to mix. Microwave an additional 30 seconds. Stir to mix. Add cheerios and mix until coated with marshmallow mixture. Press into 8 X 8 greased pan. Melt chocolate chips in microwave safe bowl about 1 minute, stirring occasionally.
