Mix: basic mix, 1 1/8 cup buttermilk, knead slightly
roll dough 1/4" thick and brush with melted butter. Spread with filling and firmly press into dough. Cut into 1x6" strips and place 2 on top of one another sugar side up. Twist and connect. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. When cool, spread with powder sugar glaze.
