Here is how you make Gluten Free Coconut Flour Brownies (Paleo friendly!):

Melt the butter and cocoa powder together in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir occasionally until it makes a smooth, thin paste.Beat the eggs lightly, then slowly mix in the sugar and salt until the mixture falls off of the whisk in ribbons. Slowly whisk in the butter mixture and vanilla until smooth. Stir in the coconut flour until the batter is lump-free.
