Here is how you make VeganHabit Peanut Butter Cookies:

Preheat oven to 360? F. Add sugars, peanut butter, applesauce, butter, syrup, milk, and vanilla to mixing bowl and cream together until smooth. Add flour, flax meal, salt, and baking powder to wet mixture and stir until mixed thoroughly. (**Any other additional ingredients should be added at this time.) Roll dough into 2-4 inch balls, depending on what size cookie is desired, and place on ungreased cookie sheet leaving about 3.5 inches between. Press dough balls with back side of fork to form crosshatch making sure to not completely flatten dough. Cookie should be approximately 3/4 inch thick. For 24 smaller cookies, bake for approximately 6 to 8 minutes, depending upon desired crispness or chewiness of cookie. For 12 larger cookies, bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until desired crispness.Serving Size: Makes 24 2 in. Cookies (or 12 4 in.
