3c rolled oats (1.5c rolled & 1.5c steel cut oats)
2 tbsp maple syrup (molasses)
1/2c sunflower seeds
1c coconut
3 apples grated/finely diced
1/2c cranberries or dried cherries
1/2c flour (coconut flour)
1 1/2c chocolate chips
1/4c poppy seeds (chia seeds)
1/2c slivered almonds (pecans)
2c rice krispies (puffed millet)


How Do I Make Healthy Cookies?

Here is how you make Healthy Cookies:

Preheat oven to 350 F & prepare cookie sheets with parchment paper. Mix butter & brown sugar until fluffy. Add eggs & beat until light.Add syrups, vanilla & salt. Mix thoroughly. Mix all dry ingredients except krispies. Slowly add & mix to wet mixture. Mix in apples & krispies gently just until combined. Place tbsp sized scoops on cookie sheet & bake approx 20 minutes.
