Cream butter, brown sugar and sugar in a large bowl with a electric mixer set on medium speed until light and fluffy.Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition.sift flour,baking soda, salt and cinnamon together.add to creamed mixture; mix well.divide into 2 portions; shape into 12inch logs.wrap each in waxed paper.chill intil ready to bake.preheat oven to 400'Fslice cookie dough into 1/2 inch slices.arrange on a nonstick cookie sheet about 2 inches apart.Bake for 8 minutes or until golden brown.Cool on cookie sheet for 1 minute. remove to wrie rack to cool completely.store in air tight container.Makes 4 dozen (48 Cookies)serving size: 1 cookie.I made this with regular sugar so if you use splenda the cal will be a little less.Number of Servings: 48Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user DIAMONDG4U2C.
