Cream butter, sugar, egg and vanilla.Mix flour, powder and salt. Add to egg mixture and beat to combine. Spoon 2/3 of batter onto ungreased cookie sheet. (10-12 cookies).Add cocoa and milk to remaining batter. Beat to combine. Add a dollop of cocoa batter to each cookie on sheet. Twist with spoon to marble. Bake at 325 for 10 -12 minutes or until toothpick inserted in centre of cookie comes out clean, bottoms will be golden brown.Allow to cool 5 minutes on pan.
