Modified recipe from the back of Bob's Red Mill Muesli bag. I substituted olive oil for the butter and molasses for the sugar. Made half the batch as is for my little one, threw in a few chocolate chips for the second half for me and the hubby. :)

*After I made these I looked at the recipe again and realized it didn't call for baking powder. I just added it out of habit because I usually make muffins. These turned out a little more cake-like than normal cookies.
