Add the applesauce and ripe banana and beat until well incorporated.Whisk together the dry ingredients.Incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.Divide the dough into two piles on separate sheets of plastic wrap. Press each into a flat disc, put in refrigerator for 2 hours or overnight.Preheat oven to 350. Or, convection at 325.Unwrap the dough discs one at a time, leaving the other in the refrigerator. Place between two sheets of waxed paper, roll dough to about 1/8 inch.
