8-9 Cups White Flour (judgement call on how sticky batter is)

Here is how you make Anise Cookies:

Preheat oven to 350 degreesMix all ingrediants except flour in a large bowl. Add flour a little at a time until the dough can be rolled and cut (dough will probably be too thick to use mixer after 5-6 cup of flour, so be prepared to use your hands)Take some of the dough (about a cup) and roll flat with pin.
