Here is how you make Grandma Jo's Ice Cream:

Heat sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, sugar, and vanilla extract in a sauce pan until the sugar is dissolved. Pour into the canister of the ice cream freezer, and stir in the half gallon of milk. Refridgerate until cooled. Freeze in ice cream freezer.
