Cut (break) crackers in half, so that you have 12 squares. Set aside 6 crackers. With the remaining cracker place 1/2 cup of yogurt onto each cracker. Let the yogurt soften slightly. Top with the remaining crackers and push down. Use the back of a spoon to even out the edges. Wrap each sandwich in plastic wrap and freeze.
