Here is how you make Basic Crepes:

1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and the eggs. Gradually add in the milk and water, stirring to combine. Add the butter; beat until smooth. 2. Spray a saute pan with non-stick cooking spray. Heat over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the pan, using about 1/4 cup for each crepe. Tilt the pan with a circular motion so that the batter coats the surface evenly. 3. Cook the crepe until the bottom is light brown and crepe is set but top still looks slightly moist. (You can flip crepe and cook other side, although I usually remove from heat at this point--they are so thin they are fully cooked at this point.)
