Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine rhubarb, blackberries, granulated sugar, lemon juice in a large bowl and mix. Next in another bowl combine flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Rub butter into flour mixture with your fingers until it is well incorporated and large crumbs form. Add oats and mix. Turn rhubarb mixture evenly into two 9 inch pie pans. Cover with crumb topping.
