In ovenproof dish place the fruit together with 2 tbs. cold water and sprinkle with 2 tsp of Splenda, reserving remaining Splenda for topping. In seperate bowl rub the flour into the spread until it resembles fine breadcrumbs. Add the remaining Splenda and Oats and mix thoroughly.
