1 cup special k, vanilla and almond cereal, crushed
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon Becel light margarine (or low fat margarine of choice) melted

Here is how you make Low Cal Crunchy Pears :):

preheat oven at 350cut pears in half and remove centers (a grapefruit spoon works well for this) combine crushed special k, brown sugar and stir until well blended. add margarine and stir again until well blended. spoon mixture into pear (there should be plenty there to heap each pear) bake on a cookie sheet at 350 for 20 - 25 minutes or until filling and pear are golden.
