Method:Peel grapefruit and remove pulp in a drainer keeping the juice in a bowl (about 2 tbsp or slightly more).Soak gelatine powder with 5 tbsp of water and set aside for 5 minutes.Put water and sugar in a pot and heat to almost boil, add honey and stir well till dissolved , pour in the grapefruit juice drink, stir to boil.Then add soaked gelatine in it, stir till gelatine dissolved and bring to light boil for 5 minutes.Off heat and add in fresh grapefruit juice and pulp, stir well and pour into serving cups.Leave jelly to cool in refrigerator for at least 3-4 hours before serve.Serving Size: 4Number of Servings: 4Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user ANGELA418901.
