1 package whipped topping (makes 2 cups)
1 package fat free cream cheese (softened)
1 cup icing sugar
1 can diced pineapple


How Do I Make Easy No-Bake Pineapple Squares?

Here is how you make Easy No-Bake Pineapple Squares:

If you are making your own graham cracker crust, mix the crumbs with the butter and line a square pan. If not, use the pre-made crust and set aside.Prepare the whipped topping and refrigerate while making the cheese mixture. If you are using the frozen topping, make sure it is thawed.In a bowl, mix the cream cheese and the icing sugar until smooth. Add the whipped topping and gently fold in the pineapple. (I added in a second can to give it even more pineapple flavour!) Pour the mixture evenly over the crust and refrigerate until cold. When I tried this recipe it was not as hard as say a cheesecake, so I found the best way to serve it was to cut it into squares and place them on muffin cups to serve individually.
