The ingredients for Reese Fudge are:

1/2 cup butter
2/3 cup creamy peanut butter
2 1/3 cups powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
pinch of salt
8 oz chocolate chips
2 oz milk (I used a mix of vitamin D and almond)

How Do I Make Reese Fudge?

Here is how you make Reese Fudge:

Melt the butter and peanut butter in a sauce pan over medium heat. Once melted, turn heat to low. Slowly stir in powdered sugar, little by little. While doing this, put your chocolate and milk into a double boiler (or sit a metal mixing bowl on top of a saucepot with boiling water). Stir occassionally, melting chocolate. Do not let chocolate boil. Once melted, turn heat to low. Add vanilla and salt to peanut butter mixture.Press peanut butter mixture into a baking pan (I used a 7x11). Use wax paper and be careful! It is hot, despite it's harmless appearance. Poor the hot chocolate mix over the peanut butter and set in the fridge. Let cool for at least two hours (or however long it takes to get firm). Cut and serve!Serving Size: Makes 64 little fudge squaresNumber of Servings: 64Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user PHOENIXXRISING.
