1/8 tsp salt
3/4 cup boiling water
1 large egg, beaten

Here is how you make Tracy's Gingerbread:

Preheat oven to 325 degreesCream the margarine with the splenda. Put 1/2 tsp of the baking soda and the molasses in a small bowl and beat til molasses becomes light colored ~ about 2 min...then mix this with the parkay and splenda.Mix together in another bowl the flour/baking powder/cinnamon/ginger/cloves/and salt.Stir together the boiling water with the remaining 1/4 tsp of baking soda. Gradually add about 1/3 of this to the parkay/molasses mixture, then add 1/3 of the flour mixture. Continue, adding 1/3 of water and baking soda mixture and the dry mixture until all added. Now add the beaten egg and stir thoroughly.Spray an 8inch square baking pan. Pour the gingerbread mixture into the pan and bake for 25 minutes or til toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
