3/4 cup maple syrup (I used sugar free)
3/4 cup molasses
1/3 cup applesauce
1 tbsp vanilla
2 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/4 tsp allspice
4.5 cups unbleached white wheat flour
1/2 tbsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2.5 cups non-dairy milk (I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk)

Here is how you make Gingerbread:

Preheat oven to 350. Grease 2 bread pans.Combine maple syrup and molasses. Add applesauce and vanilla and mix.In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, spices, and salt and mix well. Alternately add flour mixture and soy/almond milk to maple/molasses mix and mix well.
