How Do I Make Grits?

Here is how you make Grits:

Bring the water to a boil, add the grits and slowly add the milk as it thickens. Add the sugar and sweetener. Stir constantly. You can replace the sugar with Stevia entirely if you like the taste. It does taste bitter to me, that's why I add brown sugar too. If it becomes too thick, add some water.
