Here is how you make Homemade Frozen Yogurt:

No cooking, just freezing. Mix all ingredients together and taste. Go easy on the cinamon, start with a little and add more after the honey and you get a taste. Add as much honey as you need to overcome the tartness of your fruit, (depending on the fruit you use). Mix thoroughly, either with a mixer or a whisk--you want to get air in the mix so it's not quite so dense. Cover and freeze it. In about two hours, take out and re mix to get more air bubbles in the mixture.
