A fitness website (not SP) had a suggestion of pure protein powder + water, but that just sounded horrid, so I tried this instead. Hemp milk is very creamy; I combined it with water to lower the calories. Delicious and satisfying. Mix really well and use good quality (all or mostly isolate) whey protein powder.
