Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Sift together 2 cups of flour and powdered sugar into a big bowl. Blend melted butter into flour with fingers or pastry blender. Press into an ungreased 9x13 inch pan, going up the side a bit (about an inch or more). Bake for 20-25 minutes, until light brown.Sift together ? cup flour and baking powder. Beat eggs until a lemony color. Add granulated sugar slowly. Beat well. Add lemon juice, then flour and baking powder. The crust should be done baking. Pour filling over crust and bake for 25 minutes more. When cool, sift a little powdered sugar over the top.
