2 oranges & 1 lemon, juiced
(you want 1C fruit juice total, I ended up with 3/4C orange and 1/4 lemon)
I small package of unflavored gelatin
3/4t Stevia


How Do I Make Sour Orange-Lemon Jello?

Here is how you make Sour Orange-Lemon Jello:

Juice fruit to yield 1C juice total. Divide in half. Place one half in your mixing bowl or a large glass measuring cup and sprinkle the gelatin on top. Let sit (at least a minute) while you bring the second half of your juice to a boil. Add the boiled water and mix until gelatin is dissolved (can take up to 5 minutes). If wanted add Stevia (or honey or sugar or whatever floats your boat) and continue stirring until dissolved. Pour into your preferred mold. I used a mini-muffin pan so I could have clear serving sizes. It made 16 filled 1/2 full.
