Here is how you make Health Molasses Loaf:

Sift flour, salt and baking soda, add whole wheat flour and sugar. Combine wet ingredients in seperate bowl. Add seeds, nuts, wheat germ, raisins and cranberries into the dry mixture. Pour wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Stir until flour has been moistened. Pour into prepared loaf pan or 8X8 square pan.
