I adapted this recipe from my grandma's old fashioned apple crisp. You can substitute any fruit, or sweeteners to your liking. If the fruit is sweet enough on its own, don't add any extra sugar... raspberries tend to be sour. You could also sub crumbled up granola bars such as Nature Valley, instead of making the crumble from scratch. That would be even faster. 1 - 16oz bag Dole Frozen Mango Chunks
1 - 12 oz bag Dole Frozen Raspberries
5 Tbsp Best Life Buttery Spread (softened)
1/2 cup old fashioned oatmeal
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 - 3/4 cup brown sugar (or brown sugar substitute)
8 packets Truvia or Splenda or any other white sugar substitute

Here is how you make Mango Raspberry Crisp:

Preheat oven to 375.Grease/spray dish if you want. I did not, but you may want to.Mix mangoes and raspberries in a pie plate/casserole/baking dish. I used an 8-inch round casserole. Sprinkle fruit with Truvia to your liking. I used 8 packets. Mix the fruit around a bit.In a small bowl, mix the oatmeal, flour, brown sugar and butter until the butter is well incorporated. Mix should feel like damp sand. I mix with my hands.Sprinkle fruit with oatmeal mixture. Bake in over, uncovered, for 40-45 minutes or until fruit is bubbly and the crumble is nice and brown.Serve warm.Serving Size: Makes approx 8-10 servings.Number of Servings: 8Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user AJWHITTI79.
