Here is how you make Apple Cinnamon Bran Muffins:

Mix all bran with vinegar and milk in large bowl. Let soak while mixing other ingredients.In a separate bowl stir the five dry ingredients together. In another owl, mix egg beaters, 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce and apple (chopped in small pieces). Stir in liquid mixture into the all bran mixture. Stir the dry ingredients into this mixture. Stir until all ingredients are mixed well. Spoon into 12 greased muffin tins and sprinkle brown sugar splenda and a bit of cinnamon on top.
