? cup Truvia or ofther sweetener
2 tablespoons instant coffee
Optional toppings: crushed walnuts, almonds, pecans or semisweet chocolate chips

1.Preheat oven to 350?F.2. Spray a standard size muffin tin with cooking oil.3. Combine black beans, eggs, oil, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, salt, Truvia and instant coffee.4. Blend until smooth.5. Add the batter evenly into the muffin tins and smooth out the tops a little6. Sprinkle with desired toppings, i.e. crushed walnuts, pecans or chocolate chips.7. Bake for about 15 minutes or until the tops are dry and the edges start to pull away from the sides. DO NOT OVERBAKE!8. Remove from oven and let cool for 20 minutes9. Remove gently with a fork. The insides are meant to be sort of fudgy, so don?t worry if they seem too moist 10. Refrigerate the remaining brownies or store in airtight container for 2 days- but I don't think they will last that long!Serving Size:?Makes 12 Brownie Muffins
