Here is how you make Sinfully Healthy Devil's Food Muffins:

Follow all instructions on cake box, substituting one can pumpkin for eggs and one snack cup of applesauce for oil. Bake as directed.Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Generously grease muffin pans (24 muffins total) and dust with flour (I use a light spray from oil with flour)In a large mixing bowl, blend cake mix, pumpkin, water, and applesauce. Beat 30 seconds on low and 2 minutes on medium speed ( or 450-500 hand strokes) Spoon batter into pans (I use a melon baller or ice cream scoop)Bake at 350 degrees for 17-22 minutes. Muffins are done when a toothpick is inserted in center and comes out clean.
