1 C. granulated sugar
3 large eggs
1 t. vanilla
1/2 C. sour milk
2 C. wheat flour
2 C. oatmeal
1/2 C. all purpose flour
1 T. baking powder
1 T. baking soda
1T. cinnamon
1 t. ground cloves
1 t. nutmeg
1 C. mashed cooked pumpkin
1 C. zucchini - grated
2 apples - grated
2 carrots - grated
1 C. raisins
1 C. chocolate chips



How Do I Make OMG Muffins?

Here is how you make OMG Muffins:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix eggs, sugars, vanilla & sour milk in large bowl until smooth. Combine flours, oatmeal, baking powder, baking soda, & spices together. Add dry ingredients to sugar mixture. Add pumpkin & zucchini to mixture. Mix well. Stir in apples, carrots, raisins, & chips. Use cupcake papers to line muffin tins. Fill 3/4 full.
