Preheat oven to 400 degrees and grease muffin cups or line with muffin liners.2. Combine flour, all sugar, salt, and baking powder. 3. Place 1/3 cup applesauce into a 1 cup measuring cup; add the egg and enough milk to fill the cup (about 1/3 cup). Put this into flour mixture and do it again (twice to get 2/3 cup of applesauce and milk and 2 eggs).4. Mix together but be careful to not stir too much!5.
