Chop the cranberries and place in a bowl and sprinkle with 1/4 cup of sugar. Set aside.Mix flour, baking powder and remaining 1\4 cup of sugar. In a separate bowl, mix the milk, egg and melted margarine.Add wet to dry ingredients. Stir only until blended. Fold in cranberries, blueberries, raspberries and zest of one orange.Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
