Preheat oven to 375. Line 9 muffin cavities with muffin papers. Add all ingredients, except chocolate chips, to high speed blender/food processor. Mix in choco chips. Blend until smooth and creamy. Fill muffins to 3/4 full. Add a few more choco chips to top of muffin. Bake 15-18 minutes until toothpick comes out clean. Cool and eat!!
