Here is how you make Kira's Strawberry Yogurt Muffins:

Grease twelve 2 1/2 inch muffin cups or line with paper bake cups and set aside. In a mixing bowl combine flour, sugar, flax seed, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Make a well in the center of the dry mixture and set aside.In another bowl combine egg, yogurt, oil and vanilla. Add egg mixture all at once to dry mixture. Stir til just moistened. Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin cups. Bake in a 400F oven for 18 minutes or until tops are golden brown.
