Mix all the ingredients together well with a fork, pour onto a plate with wax paper and roll/push it around to finish the mix, then push into a 1/2 to 1 inch thick square. Sprinkle the shredded coconut on top before you put in the fridge. Cut into 12 or more pieces and put in the fridge til they harden.
