Spray a frying pan with pam to prevent sticking, add thinly sliced apple, 2 tablespoons water and sprinkle cinnamon and brown sugar over apples and simmer for a few minutes. Add 3 tablespoons oatmeal and enough water to cook oatmeal, simmer until desired tenderness of apples and oatmeal is reached and serve hot.
