Here is how you make Katie's original Oatmeal Fruit Crisp:

Preheat oven to 350. Cut up fruit and add 1/2c sugar and 2Tbs flour in a greased baking dish (~9"x13"). Mix the dry ingredients in a separate bowl and add coconut oil (or you can use butter) to it. Mix til blended and crumbly. Mix ~1/2 cup into the fruit mixture and then sprinkle the rest on top. Bake 55 minutes til lightly browned and bubbly.
