Here is how you make Wheaton Buttermilk Pancakes:

Mix dry ingredients in a medium bowl, set aside. Then mix wet ingredients in a glass measuring cup. Make a well in the dry mix then pour the wet mix in. Stir til' dry ingredients are wet - Do not overmix! The batter will be lumpy. Heat a large skillet on medium, spray with nonstick cooking spray, then take 2tbsp of the batter and drop them in the pan. Wait until the edges are set and you start to see bubbles ontop, then flip. Let cook on otherside for about 2 minutes.
