Here is how you make CHESTNUT PANCAKES:

In a large bowl, combine the flours, soda and cinnamon. In a small bowl combine the water, oil, syrup (or honey) and lemon juice. Stir into the flour mixture. Pour 1/3 C at a time onto a hot griddle.
