1 jello-sugar free strawberrie
1 cup sliced strawberries
1 bannanas sliced
whipped topping


How Do I Make Summer Parfait?

Here is how you make Summer Parfait:

To prep: cut angle food cake in to pieces, slice up bannana and strawberries. Prepare the jello the old fashion way, add hot water to jello mix them put a cup of ice cubes in. Stir ice till jello seems to thicken but not set. Then place a layer of cake on bottom of a bowl. (I use a glass bowl so people can see the layering) Poor a small portion of jello over cake. Next a layer of whipped topping. Then layer your strawberries and bannanas. A helpful hint dip your bannanas in jello befor placing along the edge of bowl so they dont turn color and look nice. Repeat layers end with the whipped topping and on top I like to add a large strawberrie for decortation. Once you start to layer you will want to work fast so Jello does not set to fast.
