Mix flour, sugar, nutmeg, salt, cinnamon. Mix in butter with fork or fingers until coarse crumbs are formed. Put peaches in 9 inch dish. Mix lemon juice and water, sprinkle on peaches. Cover peaches with crumb mixture, and pat down on fruit. Cover and Bake in pre-heated oven 350o for 15 minutes.
